How to Get Uninterrupted Delivery of Doctors

Sometimes legitimate e-mails are rejected by ISPs
or by e-mail software. This could mean that despite our attempts,
you may miss out on some or perhaps even all of your all of your
e-mails.
In order for your ISP and e-mail software to recognize
us as a friendly and legitimate contact, it is suggested that you
“safelist” us. safelisting is the process of adding our email
address information to your personal e-mail Address Book.
Once this has been done, our e-mails stand a much greater chance
of being delivered to you without interruption.

the process, select your e-mail provider below for instructions
specific to you.

For MSN and Hotmail Users
MSN 8
Step 1
• From your mailbox screen, click on the drop-down arrow
to the right of the ‘Mail Options’ button and click
on ‘Address Book’
Step 2
• Click on the ‘Add Contact’ button
• Step 3 to the ‘Screen Name’ block and then
click on the ‘Save’ button. You do not have to fill
in any other fields
MSN 9
Step 1
• Click on the ‘Settings: E-mail/Junk Mail’
option
Step 2
• Click on the ‘Junk E-mail Guard’ link
Step 3
• Click on ‘Safe List’
Step 4
• Type or cut and paste our address into the space provided
and click on ‘Save’
Hotmail
Step 1
• Select the ‘Contacts’ tab at the top of the
screen
Step 2
• Click on the ‘Safe List’ option located in
the right-hand column
Step 3
• Type in our address or cut and paste it into the field
and click on ‘Add’

• From your mailbox screen, click on the drop down arrow

• Click on the ‘Add Contact’ button

• Type or cut and paste our address into the ‘E-mail’
field and then click on ‘Save Contact’

Step 1
• From your mailbox screen, click on the drop-down arrow
to the right of ‘Mail Options’ and then click on ‘Address
Book’

• Click on ‘Add Contact’ button
Step 3
• Type or copy and paste our address into the ‘Screen
Name’ block and then click on the ‘Save’ button.
You do not have to fill in any other screens
AOL 9.0
Step 1
• From your mailbox screen, click on the top down arrow
to the right of ‘Mail Options’ and then click on the
‘Address Book’ (selecting ‘Mail Options’
and ‘Address Book’ from the drop down list)
Step 2
• Click on the ‘Add +’ option
Step 3
• Type or copy and paste our address into the ‘Screen
Name’ block and then click on the ‘Save’ button

Book’ link

• From your inbox, click on the ‘Addresses’
button at the top of the screen

• Click on the ‘New’ button in the top, right-hand
corner and select ‘New Contact’
Step 3
• Type or cut and paste our address into the ‘E-mail
Addresses’ field. You can also add our name (e.g. Lombardi)
in the ‘Name’ field. Click on ‘OK’ at
the bottom of the screen

• From your inbox, select ‘Actions,’ then select
‘Junk E-mail,’ and click on the ‘Junk E-mail
Options’ button
Step 2
• Click on the ‘Safe Senders’ tab
Step 3
• Type or copy and paste our address into the block area
and then click on ‘OK’

For Gmail Users (Google)
Step 1
• Click on the ‘Contacts’ button located in
the right-hand side column of the inbox screen
Step 2
• In the screen that opens up, click on ‘Add Contacts’
located at the top of the page
Step 3
• Add our address or cut and paste it into the ‘Primary
E-mail’ field. You can also add our name (e.g. Lombardi)
in the ‘Name’ field
Step 4
• Click on the ‘Save’ button
